COME AND TRY
With the colder months now upon us the club is now training Sunday mornings at 8:30am. Wear clothes that are warm but you can swim in. Everyone is welcome to have a go, and it is a great time of the season for new paddlers as the intensity is much less than during the racing season.
After the session we usually attend a cafe for coffee, food and a chat.
THURSDAY FITNESS SESSIONS
Weather permitting the Thursday fitness sessions are still on at 5:30pm. These sessions usually involve light short distancejogging and a range of exercises between each jog.
